Abstract

Dit artikel focust op het spanninsgveld tussen het recht van de schuldenaar op privacy en het recht van de schuldeiser op informatie. Ik behandel eveneens enkele mechanismen waardoor een schuldeiser informatie kan verkrijgen over de vermogenstoestand van zijn schuldenaar.

This article focuses on the tension between the debtor's right to privacy and the creditor's right to information. I also discuss mechanisms by which a creditor can receive information on the patrimonial status of its debtor.
