This paper is interested to evaluate and propose an alternative food security policy for Singapore. This paper is based on make different simulations mathematically by using a new set of multidimensional graphs and a mapping system in 3-D. The main objective of this paper is to implement a food security policy in case of natural disasters, climate change, war/terrorism, global food crisis, and global world food speculation (stock market). Finally, this paper proposes a full model that can be implemented in Singapore that is followed basically by five phases such as (i) the food demand and supply of Singapore; (ii) the formulation of the food security plan master for Singapore (technical and institutional); (iii) the agro-technological plan (biotechnology, nanotechnology and environment); (iv) the promotion of social responsibility among Singaporeans about food security; (v) fixed amounts of food storage and distribution for different type of disasters events.
