Abstract

This country report is the final outcome of a research undertaken in the framework of "Project 10-ECRP-028 -- International Law through the National Prism: The Impact of Judicial Dialogue" within the "Judicial Dialogues in Eastern Europe" sub-project. It presents the Hungarian constitutional framework regulating the application of international law in the Hungarian legal system and gives a thorough perusal of the respective Hungarian jurisprudence.
