Abstract
As the operative concepts of discrimination under the ECHR are not expressly defined, the question of what is needed to prove prima facie discrimination under the Court’s different analytical tests is equally elusive. This paper endeavours to answer the question: What does it take to establish a prima facie case of discrimination under Article 14 ECHR?
