Abstract

Commissioned by the Ontario Association of Chiefs of Police, Best Practices in Policing and LGBTQ Communities in Ontario is the first document of its kind in Canada. It addresses a wide range of issues in policing, including terminology, workplace inclusion, hate crimes, youth bullying, HIV non-disclosure, strip searches, and sex work.
