Abstract

This article seeks to provide a comprehensive understanding of the consequences of building a dam at Tipaimukh by India. To achieve that goal, both the pro- and anti-dam position has been objectively outlined and whole debate has been presented in its respective geo-political, economic, and legal context. Then a short synthesis gleans the findings on the basis of which a few recommendations follow.
