A Study of Knowledge Management in Selected Microfinance Companies of India

Abstract

Knowledge Management has become Buzz word today. An organization does not able to cope up its immediate losses occurs when an employee left the job who is working on very responsible position and Microfinance companies are also not an exception. Knowledge Management is a competitive tool and any organization get qualitative and quantitative advantage on its competitor by applying this tool. The objectives of this research paper are as follows: i. To make the Microfinance companies aware about the Knowledge Management. ii. To find out whether Microfinance companies are practicing Knowledge Management. iii. To know the processes followed by Microfinance companies to manage its knowledge. iv. To find out whether a company accomplishes its goal with the help of the Knowledge Management. v. To find out motivational factors of Knowledge workers in Microfinance companies.
