Abstract

English Abstract: This paper tries to argument the Business Intelligence concept within the context of public administration, by making use of its specific technologies: Data Warehouses and OLAP tools, Spreadsheets and Pivot Tables, Graphs and Alerts and also GIS Maps. The purpose it is rather a practical and a argumentative one than pure theory. Because of this reason the paper will have many figures and examples.
