Abstract

The cryptography as security technique is designed to protect the stored and transmitted data the way they could not be understood by any unauthorized person. The unauthorized ones are theoretically not able to comprehend its meaning but practically is a matter of time to decipher the data protected this way. This paper describes a basic testing interface presented in captured images which gives 2D – step by step and automatic – functionality to a specific ciphering model and to its antidote. It also shows how is implemented the visual feedback and the natural exploitation manner in order to make such a solution handy to any kind of usage.

In addition, the paper offers some efficiency calculations of the specific algorithms behind the interface and also explains the 2D ciphering keys technique: the primary one – used to insert padding text; the auxiliary one – allows managing the entire ciphering technique and makes the whole solution safer.
