Abstract

English Abstract: What is called the Information Revolution may be actually the beginning of Knowledge Revolution. What has made it possible to automate processes is not the machine. That is just the trigger. A form of reorganization of traditional work, based on centuries of experience, became the synonym of the well-known concept of software, through the application of knowledge and especially of systematic logical analysis. So the key is not electronics but cognitive science.

A possible reason for this paper is an unexpected finding of some unsustainable contradictory judgements upon the "knowledge based" nowadays term. Whether strange or unacceptable, the knowledge as appreciating asset, as well as the intellectual capital and the investment in education are becoming dominant facts. The material also points out some related issues of so-called "knowledge based" approach and provides a short synthesis of two well-known "at least" economical and historical contexts.
