Abstract

The Decision Support became a meaningful term. It means a lot of things beginning with common sorting process or evaluation, or estimating/computing/regulating a set of values, in fact any operation having as purpose organizing the information or reducing the uncertainty, leading to advices or choices.

The paper tries to relate the process of DSS model base design to some well-known models for decision making and dedicated kinds of decisions. The final objective is to eliminate any temptation for artisanal design and DSS models integration.

Keywords: DSS model base, decisional models, kinds of decisions, artisanal design and integration
