Abstract
Forward looking article assessing the trajectory of the international space law, and identifying trends that indicate its future development. It examines the shift from the bipolar Cold War development of space law to legal developments in the new globalized and multiplexed world. Specifically, this paper examines how layers of meaning are being added to the original structure of formal international space law.
