Thirty five decade under the thumb of Britishers had outcasted the inherent rights of an individual in India. The emergence of new independent state in the geographical map with a self-regulator in the form of Democratic Government reflected a ray of hope to the common citizens that their inherent human rights will be preserved and they can peacefully enjoy the comfortable environment in their own land. One of the greatest achievements with the independence was the identification of our personal human right and its protection. Human Rights are the basic unit of civilized community. We still believe in the concept of survival of the fittest which sometime create rift in the society and amounts to Human Rights Violation. I have tried to highlight some of the Human Rights issues identified by the court and its adjudication for the same. I have also tried to relate it with the existing legislation and measures taken by the Government of India in order to curb the Human Rights Violations. Can we have "Ramrajya" in "Kalyuga" is a burning issues to be pondered upon.
