Abstract

Spanish Abstract: En varios litigios relacionados con libre competencia, es frecuente encontrar argumentos que califican los mercados en los cuales existen comportamientos líder-seguidor como carentes de competencia. Este documento refuta esa afirmación y propone que la competencia en esas situaciones podría resultar incluso aún más intensa que en situaciones de competencia a la Cournot.

English Abstract: In many judicial cases related on free competition, it is usual to find arguments that qualifies markets in which there are leader follower behavior as with absence of competition. This document rejects this statement and suggests that competition in those circumstances could be more intense than Cournot competition situations.
