Abstract
The Netherlands armed forces will in the near future conduct cyber activities within the forces’ three main tasks as derived from the Constitution. It is essential to have a solid legal framework defining the legal bases for both national and international operations and the applicable legal regimes. This article analyses both elements of the legal framework and makes an inventory of a number of legal issues.
