Abstract

India is among some of the best countries of the world in terms of culture and traditions. It is well known that in India people believe more in ‘DANA’ & ‘DHARMA’ in comparison to any other part of the world. The present study also belongs with above ideology of donations which states the ‘socioeconomic’ status of the destitute that depends on the donations given by worshipers that are visiting to the particular temples. It in-light the living conditions of these Destitute and also reveals some interesting facts about them that may be unknown to all of us…
