Abstract

The focus of my paper is on medical malpractice standards in the USA and how they apply on the Robotic Surgery Systems (RSS). Focus is on the current scenario, problems with the current legal system and recommendations for paving the way for future legal regulations regarding this developing technology, its improvements and use of robotics in the field of medicine.
