Abstract

Romanian Abstract: Această lucrare are la bază o investigaţie în care mai mulţi administratori de firme româneşti au fost interogaţi cu privire la strategiile aplicate pentru a face faţă schimbărilor induse de iminenta aderare a României la Uniunea Europeană. Am identificat principalele elemente ale pregătirilor administratorilor, încercând să explicăm motivaţiile acestora.

English Abstract: This paper is based on an investigation in which some executives of the Romanian companies are interrogated about their strategies applied to face the changes induced by the imminent adhesion of Romania to the European Union. We identify the key elements of the executives preparations, trying to explain their reasons.
