Abstract

In order to evaluate their capacity and effectiveness, SAIs employ various devices, including reports on their activities and development, evaluations vis-à-vis the ISSAI framework, and national or internationally developed performance indicators. This article refers to the New SAI Performance Measurement Framework, a new assessment model.
