Abstract
A note on the Scottish cases of W S Karoulias SA v Drambuie Liqueur Co Ltd (No 2) [2005] CSOH 112 and Moyarget Developments Ltd v Mathis [2005] CSOH 136, analysing them in the light of the relevant provisions of the Principles of European Contract Law, in particular those relating to the formation of contract and pre-contractual liability.
