Abstract

Workplace Cultural diversity has been a recurrent topic in research in the last decades. Five determinants of innovation that have been subject of study by scholars have been identified and analyzed. Literature review has suggested that demographics trends (Choudaha et al, 2012; Shresta & Heisler, 2011; Aud & Ramani, 2010) promise a more diverse workforce in the future. There are some gains involved with these changes and a few drawbacks that organizations need to learn to manage.
