Abstract

This article explores the authors’ experiences, challenges, and learning with leading the course Being a Leader and the Effective Exercise of Leadership: An Ontological and Phenomenological Model (see Erhard, Jensen & Granger, 2012). In what follows we write individually and collectively, all with the intention of recreating for you our as-lived experiences. We invite you to read our words from the space of a created future that has you joining us in this powerful adventure of leading the course.
