Abstract

The legal academy lost a promising young administrative law, environmental law, and intellectual property law scholar earlier this year to cancer. Sarah Tran's brief academic career revealed unusual courage, strength, passion for life, indomitable spirit, and optimism. This chronicle of our fleeting connection and collaboration seeks to contribute to the memory of Sarah’s remarkable life and her enduring spirit.

Keywords: patent law, environmental law, climate change, administrative law, energy law
