This article is a reply to various articles, published in volume 45 of the Osgoode Hall Law Journal, that comment on the authors' "Charter Dialogue Revisited article, which is a sequel to the 1997 article "The Charter Dialogue Between Courts and Legislatures (Or Perhaps the Charter of Rights Isn't Such a Bad Thing After All)."
