Abstract

Trade remedial laws, in international law as well as in Pakistan’s law have some contradictions. This paper investigates and clarifies those loopholes and suggests certain measures. The main issue which has been discussed is the aspect of ‘public interest’ in these laws. There are several issues that come under the ambit of Public interest. WTO always talks about fair trade, but after the implementation of remedial laws, where unfair trade is experienced.
