Abstract

This pathfinder explores the little traveled, if not completely unexplored, topic of Earth Jurisprudence. Information about applicable federal, state, and international legislation, case law, administrative rules and regulations books, law review articles, associations actively participating in the field, and experts is provided. Related topics such as business law, environmental law, jurisprudence, international human rights, and the rights of indigenous people are also explored. The author highlights the Center for Earth Jurisprudence (CEJ) webpage as a rich resource for many digital materials that researchers will find useful far into the future. This pathfinder deals exclusively with English language materials.
