Abstract

Top Leadership of a corporate entity are the captains whose leadership skill and vision drive the corporate entity every day, be it day-to-day operations or long-term strategies for business. The paper attempted to analyse the practice and impact of corporate succession from the perspective of corporate governance in reference to some of the Indian Corporate Conglomerates.
