Abstract

Food Regulation offers an appetizing menu to those seeking to understand the regulation of food. The book includes a chapter on each main topic, explanation of the practical application of the law, along with a discussion of emerging issues. The text is unique because by design it serves not only students but also working professionals in the field, and not only law students, but also students in other fields, such as food science and food safety. The book provides an in-depth discussion of the statutes and regulations, but remains accessible to the average reader.
