Abstract

This article explores the process of negotiation in the context of no-fault divorce. Its purpose is twofold: (1) to increase understanding of the general process of negotiation by examining it in the context of divorce; and (2) to examine an important component of the divorce process, support for the children of divorcing parents, as a negotiated outcome.
