Abstract

This book is the Executive Summary in which Dr Calzada summarized the comparative cases between the Basque Country (Spain and France), Dublin (Ireland) and Portland (Oregon, USA). The research aims to address a comparison between the three aforementioned territories while builds up a framework proposal from the Social Innovation perspective for a City-Region.
