Abstract

The purpose of this paper is simple. It aims to find the most sustainable car company. This study explores the relationships between and among lists of most sustainable automakers based upon their sustainable values, CAFE, CDP & Bloomberg scores, and PSI grades. As a first step, this analysis determines whether there is a meaningful correlation among the measures as to which automakers are the most sustainable. As a second step, non-parametric methods for paired tests are applied to ascertain whether the results provide evidence to support which car company is truly most sustainable.
