Abstract

The gospels of the New Testament provide a rich portrayal of the life, ministry, death and resurrection of Jesus Christ as the fulfillment of the Old Testament prophesy as establishing a new covenant between God and man. One may question the specific need to reiterate the same story through four consecutive books. The purpose of this research is to provide insight on the differences between the gospels and present a conceptual framework on how this information of the various theological perspectives presented in the four Gospels can be used as an additional tool to facilitate the proclaiming of the Gospel for the 21st century.
