Higher education is the source by which transformation of advanced knowledge and learning takes place. It can lead to betterment of one’s life. Education and knowledge are complementary to each other and considered as everlasting learning process of life, this will leads to the social development of human being in such a manner that they can establish new pages of history through their applied knowledge potential. Besides, the individual benefits of education, it has positive spillovers effect, therefore the whole economy and society is being benefited from a rise in human capital through learning.
In this research paper the meaning of administrative course of actions is responsiveness of internal administration of higher education institutions, responsiveness of regulatory body such as UGC and AICTE & responsiveness of state government/ local government for quality of higher education.
This research paper is an attempt to study the qualitative aspects of factors related to the administrative course of actions, as they are capable to influence the quality higher education in India.
The objective of the research paper is to study the administrative factors which influences the performance of higher education in India.
