Abstract

French Abstract: La présente chronique retrace les développements les plus marquants dans le domaine de l’asile et de l’immigration d’août 2013 à septembre 2014. Au niveau international, l’accent est mis sur les différents organes des Nations Unies impliqués dans la protection des migrants, tandis qu’au niveau régional l’attention sera portée au Conseil de l’Europe et à l’Union européenne, dont les activités ont particulièrement été prolixes durant la période considérée.

English Abstract: This column recounts the most striking developments regarding asylum and immigration between August 2013 and September 2014. At the universal plane, the emphasis is put on the United Nations organs involved in the protection of migrants, while at the regional level the attention focuses on the Council of Europe and the European Union.
