Abstract

English Abstract: The Open Hardware logic, that only partially overlaps with theOpen Software one, has some technical and conceptual peculiarities that can leave perplexed at first. Nevertheless, an overall analysis of the relevant issues and of the universe in which Open Hardware inventors operate shows how these peculiarities, if known and well-managed, do not raise undue concern.
