Abstract
Data privacy is of high priority in EU Legal structure. The Digital Rights Management Systems can affect the transfer and management of such data. What are the relative provisions of the Data Protection Directive, the Copyright Directive, the Directive on privacy in electronic Communications along with the European Convention on Human Rights?
