Abstract

Equal protection of Human Right in real and virtual world is the greatest challenge that the international community need to take into account in current scenario. Virtual world have widened the scope of inherent right of an individual as well as community. Hence, it is the duty of the international community to preserve the freedom of expression of an individual and protect the absolute rights of each and every civilized nation. Be it a real world or virtual world, if human beings connection is attached to any phenomena then they inherently possess human right to certain extent. Governments and Human Rights community must undertake certain measures to combat human rights violation in real as well as virtual world. This Article reflects upon the interface between real and virtual world and at the same time highlights mechanism for human rights protection in real and virtual world. It further highlights the responsibility of state to create effective support mechanism to curb infringement of human rights in real and virtual world.
