Caracterele Juridice Ale Patrimoniului În Dreptul Român (The Legal Characteristics of the Patrimony in Romanian Law)

Abstract

Romanian Abstract: În prezentul articol ne-am propus să prezentămm caracterele juridice ale patrimoniului în dreptul român, analizând configurația acestui concept juridic din perspectiva noului Cod civil român din 2011. După o scurtă delimitare conceptuală, am prezentat patrimoniul din perspectiva următoarelor caractere juridice: universalitatea juridică; personalitatea patrimoniului; unicitatea și divizibilitatea patrimoniului.

English Abstract: In this article we aimed to present the legal characteristics of the patrimony in Romanian law, analyzing the configuration of this legal concept in light of the new Romanian Civil Code adopted in 2011. After a brief conceptual delimitation, we present the patrimony from the perspective of the following legal characteristics: patrimony as a legal universality; the patrimony personality; the uniqueness and divisibility of the patrimony.
