Abstract
This study aims to give a sense of understanding that the sensitivity of the human learning modality which consisting of: auditory, visual and kinesthetic, has a significant effect for farming counselors to convey information to the farmer groups. This study also aimed to explore other variables that can be used as an amplifier in receiving the material of farm counseling. This condition will be able to assist field counselors, considering that farmer groups have a heterogeneous level of educational background.
The methodology used in this research is Transcendental Multiple Regression, which is combination between Multiple Regression calculation and Transcendental Phenomenology, which gathers information from informants in detail by observing phenomena in the society.
The method of analysis used in this research is Multiple Regression analysis (using SPSS) and Transcendental Phenomenology analysis in the form of reduction and elimination of in-depth interviews.
The results obtained with the model of 46 respondents are: Y = -4679 0.334 0.381 X1 0.497X2 X3. The value of R = 0.844 and R2 = 0.713. The Partial Test shows that X1, X2, X3 has a significantly positive relation to Y.
Transcendental phenomenology results showed farming counselors are expected to understand the sensory modality of farmer groups, and a farm counselor in communicating the information should have an appropriate sense of humor, empathy and punctuality.
