Abstract

This paper appears as part of a written symposium that showcases the views of a variety of prominent legal scholars in the United States on how the Jewish tradition has influenced their work. My paper focuses on my journey from an Intellectual Property scholar specializing in author's rights to an advocate for the intersection of Jewish law and culture. It addresses themes such as the connection between Judaism and human creativity, cultural analysis of Jewish law, and feminist theory.

Keywords: human creativity, Jewish identity, Jewish law, intellectual property
