Conţinutul Managementului Riscurilor Din Afacerile Internaţionale (The Essentials of Risk Management in International Business)

Abstract

Romanian Abstract: Riscul şi incertitudinea se află printre conceptele esenţiale ale ştiinţei managementului. De-a lungul timpului, soluţiile pentru problemele riscurilor au evoluat de la tehnici simple la metode sofisticate. În această lucrare vom aborda managementul unui risc ca pe un proces decizional prin care este adoptată şi implementată soluţia optimă pentru problema riscului. Vom prezenta, de asemenea, unele caracteristici ale ameninţărilor şi oportunităţilor din afacerile internaţionale care pot particulariza managementul riscurilor.

English Abstract: Risk and uncertainty are among essentials concepts of the management science. During the time, the solutions for the risk problems evolved from simple techniques to sophisticated methods. In this paper we approach the risk management as a decision making process by which the optimal solution to the risk problem is adopted and implemented. We also present some characteristics of the international business threats and opportunities which particularize the risk management.
