Portuguese Abstract: Este artigo analisa a problemática da arbitragem societária à luz da lei em vigor no ordenamento jurídico angolano, tendo sido publicado na Revista da Ordem dos Advogados de Angola.
English Abstract: This paper discusses the problems related to the insertion of an arbitration clause in the articles of association of a company (corporate arbitration) at the light of the Angolan legal framework. It has been published in the Revue of the Angolan Bar Association.
