Abstract

This report presents the results of the 2013 survey on the employee suggestion schemes (idea management systems, kaizen teian) in Polish companies. It describes the reasons for implementation of such programmes, employee participation rates, evaluation of suggestions, percentage of ideas implemented, financial benefits for the companies, as well as rewarding the authors of suggestions. The report concludes with the insights and good advice of the 249 research participants on how to design and run an effective employee suggestion scheme.
