Abstract
In this report, commissioned by Open Society Foundation Georgia, Georgian criminal procedure concerning the pre-trial examination of witnesses is compared to Dutch law and to Article 6 of the European Convention on Human Rights. Both aspects of witness examination and issues of evidence are addressed.
