This issue of Panóptica hosts an international symposium, entirely devoted to discussing Giuseppe Martinico's monograph entitled The Tangled Complexity of the EU Constitutional Process (Abingdon, Routledge, 2012). Prof Martinico's monograph focuses on the role of the European composite judiciary in dealing with constitutional conflicts.
