Abstract

Romanian Abstract: Prelucrarea materialelor cu rezistenţă mare poate fi dificilă şi costisitoare deoarece presiunea necesară deformării plastice este generată hidraulic prin instalaţii complexe, şi, de cele mai multe ori, soluţia tehnică implică încălzirea piesei care urmează a fi prelucrată. Similar, pentru obţinerea pieselor de gabarit, ca piese unicat sau în serii mici, costurile legate de realizarea matriţei fac ca preţul produsului finit să fie extrem de ridicat. Aceste dezavantaje pot fi eliminate prin utilizarea tehnologiilor neconvenţionale de prelucrare cu explozivi.

English Abstract: The metalworking of the high strength materials can be difficult and expensive, since the required pressure for plastic deformation is generated using complex hydraulic systems and, most often, the technical solution involves the heating of the processed parts. Similarly, for the process of obtaining very large pieces as single part or for small-scale production, the forging dies production costs increase extremely the price for the final product. These disadvantages can be eliminated by using the unconventional technologies of explosive forming.
