Abstract
Despite the available evidence regarding effective management approaches, managers seem to make limited use of relevant evidence in their decision-making process and other organizational practices. This paper draws parallels between evidence-based medicine and evidence-based management and seeks to create a model that will help find successful approaches to market the evidence-based approach in the management world.
