Abstract

1. Whether allowing over-flight and landing of military aircraft en route to Afghanistan in accordance with United Nations Security Council Resolution 1368 (2001) constitutes a breach of Ireland’s neutral status. 2. Whether the 1907 Hague Convention constitutes customary international law. 3. Whether the United Nations Security Council can compel Ireland to commit an unconstitutional act.
