Abstract

The past twenty-five years have been some of humanity's most successful when dealing with global health challenges. However, future progress is anything but certain. In an increasingly interconnected world, pandemics have become more complicated, climate change is occurring at increasing speeds and the improper use of antibiotics is generating resistance everywhere. There has never been a more opportune time than now to identify what matters most for a healthy future and how to chart a path for getting there.

Keywords: pandemics, global health, climate change, antibiotics, resistance, health security, opportunity
