Abstract

The daily fantasy sports industry has exploded onto the scene through a multimedia advertising blitz, but the backlash against it has been just as swift, especially from lawmakers looking to regulate it or, in some cases, put it out of business entirely. The authors survey recent developments in several states and provide compliance tips for navigating the rapidly evolving regulatory environment.
